Mini Paintings

The other day I was looking through my supplies drawers and came upon a bunch of little pieces of wood I'd bought years ago for magnets and pins. I figured maybe I should take a brief break from painting on larger (for me) sized wood and do a few minis. It started with the fox, then went to the typewriter, and on to the mini crowned cats. Any of these can be turned into either magnets or pins!The mini crowned cats all have Swarovski crystals.

I remember when we went to Gettysburg, seeing a ton of foxes at night while driving around the battlefields. They were so cute! Try as I might, I don't think I got a decent photo of one. That's however not the reason I painted this. There's a game I play while I'm bored or need distraction, and mostly I just collect pets in game. I've been trying to "farm" the cute little fox kit pet, unsuccessfully. I tried this morning before anyone was awake, then decided I need to paint some foxes. Perhaps that'll up my luck. =P
